Not bad, but it’s a little bit remote to the downtown. Tokyo and the room is too small to tiny and I need to more health and support from the hotel.

Good 1. Close to the airport bus 2. They’ve free amenities for you 3. Near 7-11 and a Lawson Neutral No free water but have vending machine Bad 1. The front desk people seem a little unfriendly if I am being honest. One of them was just using her phone despite me standing at the counter and waiting for her. I mean even if you’re busy, I’d appreciate a “please wait a minute”. And another person just grabbed the receipt and didn’t let go until he finish speaking like chill man. 2. Honestly nothing much around

Nice and cosy small room with a bathtub. Especially good location as it’s very near to Tokyo Air City Terminal.

Second time I visited this hotel, it is good value for this class or room in Tokyo. The location is convenient for the airport and good enough for going around town with relative ease. The personnel is excellent and the room is very clean. Would go again

The hotel is very well located and you have the subway station in less than 5 min by foot. Many convenient stores are near it. The receptionists were very kind. If we are going back to Tokyo, we would definitely come back. They all explained us very well how to get to Mt Fuji easily! We recommend.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly but the facilities were a bit dated and the location was not convenient to navigate the major sights in Tokyo.

The hotel is quite good for its price, you can walk to several metro stations. It is very convenient that there is a bus station nearby and you can take a limousine bus to the airport.

Location is not that great but the service and room compensated for all the shortcomings. The room is quite small like other Japanese hotels but is comfortable and have all the amenities you need. Service is great and the staff is nice, and is able to communicate in English.

The location is very good. Room is a little small, will be better if is bigger. The complimentary breakfast not bad, ut would be better if provided with more choice. Example bread, jam and butter.
