The sanitary conditions are extremely poor! I have bites all over my body and I don't know what they are. Every day when I wake up, there will be new bites. But I have returned to China, and the treatment is also very slow! It is swollen and painful. Many people around me said it was flea bites. I went home and sprayed all my clothes with medicine. Now I am very worried!

Location is very convenient as it is located right beside the train station exit. Room is decently spacious for price and Japan hotels room size. Staff is friendly as they assist to store our luggages after checking out. Cleanliness is average but acceptable. Definitely not for the fussy people as room is a bit on the older side and not the cleanest, as I do see hair on the toilet walls.

I think it's a bit unclean, ventilation and stuff. I got sick and had a fever as soon as I moved in. It was too stuffy and felt unclean. I went home and slept in my own bed after I moved in. I felt better instantly. well. But the hotel service attitude is very good! It's also cost-effective and close to everything. Convenient transportation to meals.

Great hotel. We booked last minute due to travel plans changing and they were able to accommodate us. We request early check in and late check out which they also done. The room is nice and clean and was a comfy bed. Toilet was clean aswell. Has a washing room that we used to wash our clothes which come in handy as we a travelling round Asia for the next 3 months. Good hotel and great location right by the higashi-shinjuku train station.
