I stayed here for one night for a live show. The hotel itself was very welcoming and I was able to relax!
However, given the nature of the town, the interior design has a strong leisure hotel feel.
I was able to relax, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

The accommodation is clean and spacious enough to open two suitcases. The hot water comes out well and the bed is soft. It would have been better if there was a microwave for sharing, even if it was just for convenience store food.

The location itself was good for traveling because it was near Shinjuku Station, but it was located in the middle of a love hotel district, past all kinds of host bars and hostess bars. It's not a good place for a woman to stay alone.
The facilities were old, but they were clean enough, but the refrigerator didn't work properly, and every morning when I woke up, my nose was stuffy like a person with rhinitis.
The staff were very friendly, but I thought I should have done less shopping and made the hotel a better place.

The location is very close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station, about 300m, because it is average around Kabukicho and not very clean. The room hygiene is passable and acceptable. I met two uncles at the front desk, and they were very nice. There is no charge for storing luggage within the time limit, and they just leave it in front of the front desk.
The most important thing is that the room is large! There is also a large bathtub, which costs 400+ per night. The empty space can probably spread out three or four suitcases. I have never seen such a big room in Tokyo. It feels like the apartment was renovated.
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high
