The accommodation is very old and should be renovated. My girlfriend used the soap to take a shower and her skin was red and irritated. I'm not sure why. The equipment is complete, but overall the hotel is old. The bathroom is very old and not very usable.

I booked it thinking it was a regular hotel, but I was surprised that it was different from what I expected.
The room was...well, normal, but the bathroom smelled really bad and was covered in mold.
The curtains were dirty and I didn't want to touch them.
I checked in around midnight, but the emergency bell suddenly rang at about 1:30, with no explanation.
I called the front desk and they told me that a guest had boiled water with the kettle open. After a while the emergency bell stopped, but then it rang again briefly, which surprised me.
It was late at night, and I couldn't go to another hotel, so I went to sleep feeling anxious, but I never want to experience this again.

The location is very convenient, just across the JR bridge. If you don't want to take the stairs, there is another exit.
There are many restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and supermarkets
The service is very good and check-in is also very fast. You can pick up some items for free at LB, and you can also pick up bath salts.
The facilities are a bit old, but the smell is okay. The bed is super soft and it's easy to sleep.
