Service was great. Easy to check in. Clean and neat rooms, with basic amenities provided. Would book again! Also very close to the train station which was quite convenient.

The transportation near the hotel is very convenient！

We stayed for 3 nights and upon arrival was informed that the room only cleaned once upon arrival and wont be cleaned for the rest of the stays. We are quite disappointed as we want to stay at hotel because we expected it would be cleaned everyday, compared to homestay. This is also the first time we found a cockroach at hotel in Japan. Location is also quite far from the main Subway and JR lines, need approximately 30mins to get to the Shibuya/Shinjuku and other hot spot in Tokyo.

Near the metro, easy to get to the center. Relatively quiet place. The room is clean, quite comfortable for a couple. The only downside is that there is no smart TV (or we just didn't find it). Definitely recommend.

Very convenient, 3 minutes walk from Shin-Koiwa Station, there is also a direct subway to Narita Airport, so you don't have to worry even if you have a flight at night. The surrounding banks, post offices and restaurants are really convenient.

It was nice that it was close to the station and had a microwave and large refrigerator. The Shinkoiwa area is also cheap, so I highly recommend it to anyone who mainly travels by JR.

The room is too small, old and the bathroom is not very clean.

It's conveniently located near the station. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby. It was very helpful to have my luggage stored before check-in time. There were no card keys, and the system was to enter a number to unlock the door. So check-out was smooth.

Stayed 4 nights. They provided 4 hand towels and 4 shower towels each, and it was fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There was a hair dryer and everything you need. I think the room is really the right size for one person because even though I brought a large suitcase, everything was spread out. The location is also really good. It's close enough to be right in front of Shinkoiwa Station. There's a convenience store right in front, and there's a chicken restaurant next to the second building, so it's nice to have chicken and beer for a late-night snack. Everything about this place was really, really good, but there was just one drawback. Even though the internet was slow, it was very, very slow. If there was a lunch box with unlimited wifi, I think it would have been really good. If you are traveling to Japan, you will be very satisfied if you come here with just a WiFi lunch box.

The room is larger than the average Japanese hotel, with a cooking stove and microwave However, the front desk will close in the middle of the night, so please be careful.

Transportation was convenient and the room was clean. It was quiet and nice It's cheap and helpful. I would like to continue to use it

It was located right next to the station, easy to use, and the room was clean and satisfying. I would like to use it again soon.
