The beds are wide and comfortable, pajamas are changed every day. Washing is 300 yen for 30 minutes, drying is 100 yen. Coffee and tea are free during the day. We had a side room, the view was not bad. The next room had a view of the stairs and the wall. The size is acceptable, there was room to turn around, although there are no closets, the shelves are very narrow. The bathroom is small, but perfect. Breakfast is offered for 2600, we did not try it, since in 7-eleven for 700 you can buy an excellent breakfast, and get coffee for free at the drink station.

Small but really comfortable stay for us. We were able to check in even though we were earlier by a few hours. That is much appreciated. We love its location and service staff was courteous and very helpful. Well run establishment indeed.
