nice place & good environment

The hotel was in great location and easy access to the train station to NRT. The only downside was the breakfast that offered in the room price was only sliced bread , butter,jam,with choices of coffee or tea. I don’t think that this can be considered as breakfast,snack maybe more suitable to be called. The price was a little bit high for a hostel with shared bathroom. Near mister doughnut was great

Ok with friends but not family

Not far from the Nippori station. Easy to get to the airport by keisei skyliner. Very quiet place. There is a commercial local street nearby, selling some Japanese traditional things and food. But at night, not so many restaurants choice. Better have dinner before going back to the hotel.

Breakfast includes bread, soup, tea, milk, and coffee.

It is more like a guesthouse than a hotel. You have to shower in the public facilities.

I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. It was overall good. The room was spacious and the heating was good. They provide free breakfast. It was a bit inconvenient because we had to share the bathroom and shower, but I think that was part of the fun of traveling. They gave me welcome tea at the reception desk, and it was like a shower when I was having a hard time walking around. I didn't know much about Nippori, but after staying at the hotel and visiting various places, I found it to be a really charming place. I think it would be good to visit the shopping street right behind it. It was a place I would like to visit again later.

Great, very comfortable, come again next time

The price/performance ratio is super high. It is very close to Nippori Station, Nishi-Nippori Station and Sendagi Station and can be reached on foot. The Toei Bus is easy to take and goes directly to Ueno. Will also choose

Most of the guests are foreigners, so if you want to experience the atmosphere, I recommend this hotel. The shower and toilet are outside the room, the shower is unisex, and there is no TV, tissue, or mirror in the room, which surprised me, but you get used to it. The surrounding shopping street is fun and the atmosphere is nice. I would like to stay here again.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Nippori station and delicious food in the restaurant. But unfortunately, the public areas are not as clean as we are used to seeing in other hotels in Japan. Also the futon and pillow were very uncomfortable and hard. We have slept in other traditional rooms before and really liked them, but not in this hotel. The room is spacious, but there is nowhere to put things - the rack is occupied by other futons and bedding. So my recommendation: if you can rent a room a little more expensive and comfort is important to you, choose another hotel.

The hotel is cheap, and the rooms are quite spacious, but the shortcomings are also very obvious. The people staying in the hotel are generally of poor quality, most of them are foreigners, and there are almost no Japanese. It is late at night, and the door of the room opens and closes, clicks. Click, people are making loud noises in the corridor. You can't sleep before two o'clock in the middle of the night. I won't stay in a hotel like this again when I come to Tokyo.
