This hotel is quite old. I booked the wrong smoking room and couldn't get a refund. The room did have a bit of smell. I just arrived in Tokyo and stayed there for two nights. It was average. I'll check it out before booking. The location is quite convenient.

There are several subway lines, but if you plan on going to the Yamanote Line, it might be a bit inconvenient. It's close to Akihabara. The staff were friendly, and the condition was good, and the price was good, but the facility itself was a bit old. And there are socks for previous guests under the bed, and I wish they had cleaned it more thoroughly.
