It's not one of the two buildings of the twin towers, but a five-story annex next to it. The very tall twin towers are a bathhouse. The opposite side is under renovation.

Sanitation: not bad
Environment: quite good. Next to Tokyo Bay. You can see Tokyo Bay and cherry blossoms on the other side when you open the curtains in the room.
Service: average. They are cold to Chinese people and smile to Europeans and Americans. They don't give skin care products. I saw the check-in receptionist next to them gave them to foreigners. I asked them when I left and they gave them to me. Two people were only given one skin care bag.

Visiting Tokyo with the whole family and decided to book in the bayside area near disneyland. Although, we did start off with a few misunderstanding on the first day, the overall experience was more than what we expected. We had an unforgettable experience in Tokyo and in part was due to the hotel we stayed in. Great! Thanks!
