Although there were bunk beds, you had to make the bed yourself when you arrived in the room. 4. The child accidentally opened the window and threw the toy car out to the balcony, because it was for escape and could not be opened by himself, so he had to call the service staff downstairs to help. They responded quickly and helped us solve the problem. 5. Check-in requires giving the staff at the front desk The staff called, and other room issues, including changing bath towels, etc., all require calling the front desk. They don't speak Chinese, so you need to speak English or Japanese. 6. There is a compartment on the first floor for luggage storage, which needs to be paid for, which is very convenient. 7. It is a ten-minute walk from Akihabara JR Station. There are convenience stores and small restaurants along the way. The surroundings are very quiet, and it is a good place. Summary: Overall, it is an apartment. The room is quite large. The 28-inch suitcase can be opened at the end of the bed. The table is a bit abrupt and it hinders going up and down the stairs. The service staff is responsive. I am very satisfied with this hotel and will choose it again if I have the chance.

I stayed here with my kids this time. I like to lie on the floor and wipe the floor in the corridor with wet wipes. I don't know how many times I wiped it, but it was still very black. Although shoes are not allowed in the room, I guess they don't mop the floor normally. The room is good in size and facilities, including washing machine and vacuum cleaner. No one came to change the towels even when I stayed, so I had to prepare my own toothbrush and toothpaste. It's just not smoker-friendly. The room and corridor are full of no smoking signs, and there is no smoking room in the hotel apartment.

Check-in and check-out are very convenient. Although it is self-service, if there are any problems, contact customer service to solve them effectively. English communication is available. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom and toilet are separated, which is good.

Let's talk about the advantages first: the environment is relatively quiet, there are convenience stores around, and it is very convenient to buy things! The room facilities are complete, there is a washing machine with drying, laundry detergent is also ready, there are microwave ovens, ovens, tableware, refrigerators, induction cookers, everything is available! Especially during the winter vacation, I can't stand drinking ice water every day! Especially for breakfast, I really can't drink ice milk, and it's really convenient to have a microwave oven! Secondly, we booked a room that can accommodate 5 people. This room type is still rare in Japan. The room is about 30 square meters, and there is no problem with three suitcases! The hygiene is also good, and it's quite clean! We didn't have hot water due to misoperation, so we found a friend who knows a little Japanese to communicate with the front desk. The hotel quickly sent a brother on duty to deal with it. The brother's service is super good 👍! Let's talk about the shortcomings: the hotel is not close to the subway, it is 900 meters away from JR Akihabara Station and 1 kilometer away from the Ginza Line. Especially after a day of shopping, you still have to walk a long distance to get to the hotel, which is really tiring! Another thing is that the hotel is all self-service check-in, check-out, and check-out is relatively convenient. Just scan the QR code behind the room door! But check-in is really inconvenient. Either you are good at Japanese or English. Anyway, we really wasted some time to check in. I think the Japanese behind us also had a hard time! Another thing is that although the hotel's front desk is 24 hours, it also relies on smart devices to communicate. The child upstairs ran in the middle of the night and wanted to find a waiter to remind him, but it was impossible! Finally, the hotel pays more attention to environmental protection. The room is not cleaned, but the garbage is not cleaned. Fortunately, I brought my own garbage bag and packed it up every day and put it at the door of the room. I don’t know if it’s right, but it was taken away anyway! Another thing to mention is that although the room says there are five beds, it is actually two single beds, two tatami mats, and a very narrow sofa bed, but the sofa bed is really narrow. It is still most suitable for four people, and the quilt and pillow are only prepared for four people.
