I stayed here after using Haneda Airport. It is about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Kamata Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so it is convenient. There is a shuttle bus from Kamata Station to Haneda Airport, so it is easy to access. The room is spacious and you can't hear the noise from other rooms, which is good.

I stayed here the night before departing from Narita.
It's just a few minutes walk from JR Kamata Station, so you won't have any trouble finding places to eat or shop.
It's an old hotel, so the quality of the interior is average.
There's only one JR line to Tokyo Station, so I was able to get there easily and cheaply by taking an LCC bus from the Yaesu South Exit.
If you're staying at Haneda, I recommend Chisun Inn Kamata, which is closer to the Keikyu Line station.

The front desk has a bad attitude. Even when I showed them my Trip.com reservation screen, they kept asking me unnecessary questions like "What's your name?" and "Where did you make the reservation from?".
