1) The location faces the main road. At night, ambulances, police cars, and high-powered motorcycles roar by, which is very noisy. 2) The room cleaning is careless and the toilet is not cleaned. 3) There is no breakfast restaurant. You are given a card and go to the front desk every morning to get a box lunch and a bottle of green tea. The box lunch is just a rice ball, a small piece of fish, and a small piece of sausage. You are asked to take it back to the room to eat! There is nothing else. The content of the box lunch is the same every day. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

If you go to Disney, the price/performance ratio is much higher than hotels near Disney. There is a bus terminal on Line 10 in front of Kasai Station that goes directly to Disney in 40 minutes. There are many restaurants and convenience stores downstairs of the hotel. Will stay again.

My mother stayed at this small hotel. She said it was clean and the waiters were friendly and polite. The breakfast was shabby, mostly rice balls and a bottle of tea.
