Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo - Photo Gallery

The hotel is a huge building with several wings. Despite the fact that we approached the reception at 2 p.m., we were refused check-in until 3 p.m. Such pettiness is disgusting - especially considering that this is a four-star (not 5 stars), expensive hotel. The air conditioner in the room sometimes started to "growl" - we had to turn it off at night. The view from the window was of some industrial building, with huge, humming, industrial fans. There was a line for breakfast - we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a free table. As for the room itself - it is neither bad nor good - an ordinary room in a four-star hotel. Clean. Large TV. A good bed with a comfortable mattress. Unfortunately, I cannot give the hotel a high rating, since the cons of the hotel significantly outweigh the pros.

A great hotel if you are attending a show at the Tokyo Dome, as it is just 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is in a quiet area but there are some nice bars and cafes nearby as well as a Family Mart across the street for anything you need. The room was a good size for Tokyo, clean, comfortable and had everything I needed (the fridge was good for storing all the food I bought at Family Mart!).Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. If i visit Tokyo again I will definitely stay here .

Nearby Lidobashi station (exit A5), just 100m walking distance to the hotel. Halal restaurant, Sultan is just in front of the hotel, and closed till 11pm.

A clean and quiet hotel in Iidabashi, near Tokyo Dome. Their service is excellent and the hotel breakfast is delicious.

The hotel situated in a business district, away from the busy crowds and noises, but still convenient enough to get around Tokyo via metro, nearest metro station ’Iidabashi’ is only 3 mins by foot. There are some good restaurants within 7 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel staffs are very helpful and professional, the hotel is always busy with events/banquets, in my week-long stay here I don’t see any tourists group. We are staying in the newly refurbished tower, it’s clean and in good condition. But two things we’d comment is that the vent in the bathroom has a bug clot of dust clogged up that need to be cleaned; and also the air conditioning has turned off a couple of times in the middle of the night leaving us waking up sweating. But otherwise it was a good stay - giving the relatively spacious room Hotel Metropolitan Edmont offered that you don’t typically find in many central Tokyo hotel.

Location was good! Staffs were friendly and helpful the moment we step into the hotel. Would love to stay there again.

Very good place walk 3-4min to JR station and nice hotel……….

Great location n view from our family, some areas are a bit dusty, it can be improved.
