Good location, nice staff, a few steps to get into the lobby. The room is a very good size in Japan standard but a little dark tho. Quite good over all!

Room is spacious, but decoration is very old, i.e. wall paper is old style and a bit yellow. No facilities at all but reception staff is friendly. There is one convenient store nearby and close to all rails stations,like JR, skyliner and metro, location is very good.

Overall a good budget hotel. Good hotel for business traveler.

The hotel is quite old, the advantages are: 1. Convenient location, 2. The service attitude of the staff is also very good, especially the female cleaning staff, who is very patient. Disadvantages: 1. There is no kettle and microwave in the room, you have to go to the front desk to get hot water, 2. There is no housekeeping for 2-3 nights, and there is room cleaning every Sunday and Thursday for more than 4 nights. Although it doesn't matter, it's better to write it in the introduction. (Towels and bathrobes can be changed every day, and garbage bags can be placed at the door if they need to be changed), 3. The facilities are a bit old, there is no way to change the old hotel. 4.
