The room is a bit small. It's OK for one person, but it won't fit two people's suitcases. I think it would be better if the price was a little lower. But it's very conveniently located near the subway station and Kabukicho.

Location close to MTR station, easy access.
The environment and facilities are average, but the price is slightly expensive.
Next time I come to Tokyo, I will want to rent and try the breakfast they provide again.

Excellent business hotel!! The room is quite large for this type of hotel, 5 steps from Higashi B2 station, a quiet area, despite the fact that the bustling Shinjuku is only 7 minutes walk away, it is convenient to get everywhere, good hearty breakfasts, daily cleaning and change of towels, many cafes and shops nearby, the view of the city is excellent!! The windows are not blurred, they open for ventilation, the mattress is comfortable, on the first floor there are all the accessories and masks and washbasins toothbrushes bath salts

I had business in the Higashi-Shinjuku area. The location was convenient and the front desk was friendly. The room was not very large, so it would be fine for business.

Apart from being close to the subway, I really don't recommend it. The bed is a big deal. The mattress is the worst among all the hotels I've booked in Japan. It's almost not comfortable. I couldn't sleep well for several nights. I really regret booking this place. Traveling is tiring, and I couldn't sleep well. The hygiene is also the worst among all the times I've been to Japan. There are obvious black stains on the shower head.

First of all, the location was really good. There was a subway station nearby and it was not too far from Shinjuku's main street, which was nice.
It didn't feel too cramped, maybe because it was a twin.
The staff were all really friendly, and there seemed to be a lot of Koreans using it, so there were some staff members who could speak Korean.
