房間在日本電視面積比較大的，三人入住大行李箱都能攤開。地理位置也很好，離池袋很近，旁邊就是parco，樓下就有便利店還有餐廳

服務：很有禮貌，入住和退房都很順利、迅速。
環境：酒店的位置很方便，距離地鐵站很近，附近都是大商場。距離地鐵近會有列車路過的聲音，像白噪音，不過不影響睡眠。
設施：房間不算小，可以打開兩個26寸箱子，衞生間比較小但也夠用
衞生：每天都會詢問是否需要打掃衞生，挺乾淨的，房間也沒有異味

The hotel is very conveniently located right in Ikebukuro Station, just a few minutes' walk from the Northeast Exit. Tobu and Seibu, PARCO, ANIMATE, and the LOFT are all within walking distance. The lobby is on the second floor, with a FamilyMart to the right and Ichiran Ramen to the left, both open 24 hours. The room comes with bath towels, face towels, disposable slippers, a kettle, a refrigerator, and toiletries, which can be picked up at the elevator entrance on the second floor. There is an elevator that goes to the first floor, so you can check out from there. The breakfast was average. I had breakfast one day during my three-day stay, and then mostly had FamilyMart for breakfast.

Close proximity to station, well within five minutes or even under once you know the way around the station to find the correct exit. It’s within walking distance to many food and shopping options. Room is very spacious for Tokyo standard. The toilet may be small, but the spaciousness of the room makes up for it.
