Excellent location, just 2 mins walk to Kayabacho Station which accessible to Ginza and Tokyo station, Lawson/7-11/Family Mart just beside the hotel, our go-to place for dinner and supper. Room is small but acceptable with the price tag, Staff is not very helpful and have some attitude, they will stick to their SOP and step by step, you cant even ask a question when they processing check in, they will tell you "just wait" very disappointed with the service, but super happy with the conveniency. Not impressed with the hotel room so never take a picture.

The room was little bit small for me, but acceptable. I liked that there was a coffee machine in the room.

Hotel is easy to recognize and near the metro station. But for JR station, it takes at least 15mins walk. Staff is polite. Hotel provides everything you need but the room size is small indeed. You will have very limited space with your luggage in the room.

Extremely close to Tokyo station. Staff are very accomodating, I was late to check in and I was still allowed to do so. Highly recommend. Lawson is less than 30m away

The staff were very accommodating but we were designated in very small rooms and the walls and bedsheets smell like cigarettes. The kids were scared hence, the accomodation was not family-friendly at all. The facilities looked old and worn out too.

This hotel in Tokyo was very good, perfect location. Just a few minutes away from the metro station. Nearby you can find restaurant, convenience store and supermarket.

Nice and clean

This feels like an old hotel, the service is OK, but the facilities are a little old. The room lighting is a little dim, more yellow light, I still like brighter. The transportation nearby is relatively convenient, close to the subway station, and convenient for travel. There are also some restaurants around walking distance. It is not far to Ginza and Tokyo Tower by subway. I remember it was about half an hour The hygiene is OK, cost-effective choice. There is a coin-operated washing machine, you need to prepare 100 coins, 300 for washing and 100 for drying

Although the building itself was old, it was well-cleaned and I was able to stay without any problems. I also stayed for consecutive nights, and on the second day, a plastic bag containing towels was left on the door handle.

The hotel is very suitable for business trips and has convenient transportation.

The receptionist speaks English, easy to communicate. The room size is normal for Japanese hotels, 2 people is okay. The luggage space is quite narrow, so it may be a little difficult to store things. Towels are changed every day, which is very good. The equipment in the room is complete. Some things need to be brought up from the lobby. Overall, it is convenient. Next to it is a Lawson that is open 24 hours, which makes it very convenient as well.

There are several stations nearby and many convenience stores, so it was a very convenient location for going out! The facility itself is old, and the bath water sometimes leaked and flooded the room, but they responded quickly, and the next day I was grateful to be upgraded to a room with a slightly larger bed.

When you come to Japan to live, it is clean and neat, and the service attitude is good! Although the house is small, it is in a convenient location. There is a subway or JR, a 7-11 and FamilyMart are nearby, and there are good places to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area.
