The room is clean and the location is very good. Kayabacho Exit 1A is just a few steps away from the elevator. There are several residential supermarkets nearby. Shopping is not expensive. It is also very convenient to Haneda Airport. The hotel also allows early check-in before 3 o'clock.

It's conveniently located right outside Kayabacho Station. There are convenience stores in the neighborhood, so it's convenient. However, there are very few restaurants open late at night, so if you check in late at night and want to eat, the only place you can go is a 24-hour beef bowl restaurant. I stayed in a twin room for two nights. The room is about the same size as a regular business hotel, so there is enough space to spread out your carry-on. There were outlets at each bedside, two at the desk, and one in the bathroom, so it wasn't a problem. The bathtub doesn't drain well, so it was a bit stressful that water would accumulate at my feet when I was using the shower, but other than that there were no problems. If you want to change your towels for consecutive nights, you are asked to leave the used ones outside, but even if you don't leave them outside, they kindly delivered new towels to the doorknob, which was appreciated. You can take your own tea, toothbrush, slippers, etc. from the front desk. Basic amenities are also available, so you can rest assured.
