The environment and sanitation are OK, and the location is OK. It is close to the Ogawamachi subway station and only a few minutes' walk to Akihabara. It is convenient to Ginza and Shinjuku. The downside is that it is close to the railway and the windows are not well soundproofed, so it is still very noisy. If you are tired of city walking, you can just lie down on the bed and sleep.
