Maybe the walls in the guest room were thin, but I could hear the neighbors yelling in the middle of the night every night, so it was so loud I couldn't sleep. Also, there were black and green tea bags in the room, but no coffee. Also, I used tea bags, but they weren't replenished the next day.
It's far from the station, so I don't think I'll use it again. It's a shame because the male staff at the front desk was very kind.
However, the room rate was cheap, so I was satisfied considering that.

Location: About 10 minutes away from Gotanda JR Station, the flat road is acceptable.

It is located slightly further from the Gotanda train station (10-15min walk).
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Room might be a bit small but is well equipped with the usual amenities.
