Due to a traffic accident on the highway, I was unable to board my flight and ended up staying overnight. It was a Sunday, but it was expensive. I should have chosen another site. Also, the location is hard to find.
The bath outlet was moldy. You can't tell unless you're in the bathtub, but there was mold under the sink as well. Not worth the price.
The only good thing about this place is that the lodging clothes were separate top and bottom.

The hotel lobby is small, but amenities are provided.

There is no loud noise, but since it is next to the road, you can sometimes hear the road noise.
The room is just big enough to sleep.
I was able to open my 28-inch suitcase after moving the chair.
The interior is clean, and they cleaned it every day for 3 nights.
The bathroom is too small, but the water pressure is strong and the water is warm.
It takes about 5 to 7 minutes on foot from Gotanda Station.
It is easy to go anywhere because it is on the Yamanote Line.
There is a Tokyu Square in front of the station, so there is a mart and Starbucks.
There is a Family Mart and 7-Eleven on the way.
