There are two My Place chain hotels around Gotanda Station, and this one is about 3-5 minutes away. It is quiet and secluded as it is far from the station, so it was a good location for accommodation. It was also convenient to use the Lawson convenience store right next door. The hotel staff was friendly and the amenities were decent, but similar to other Japanese hotels, the bathroom was too small, so it was difficult for large people to wash properly when showering, etc. Considering the expensive prices of Japanese hotels, the size of the room, etc. was disappointing, but the location was attractive enough to make me want to visit again.
