Close to clubbing and gd location, but staff always change and room is so small

Tiny room. But the main issue is cleanliness. They haven’t cleaned under the bed for probably at least 6 months. When I was looking for a pen I dropped, I was shocked to see the amount of dust and rubbish stuck under the bed. I really don’t recommend staying in that hotel, for hygienic reasons.

Walked in with no reservations (booked online there in the lobby) and they allowed us to do an early check in. Super nice and helpful staff. The room was all we needed, comfortable bed, nice shower. 2 bottles of water was in the fridge. Location was close to all the shopping and easy to walk to. Also easy to get to for tourist spots.

Very good, although the room is not big, but the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants in Shibuya, very convenient and clean

The location was great and the interior was nice. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were very friendly and nice.
