The rooms were clean, and there were plenty of amenities available for rent, so the service was adequate.

I stayed here after work to prepare for an early morning flight. It was close to Keikyu Kamata Station, and the surrounding area was quiet with many apartment buildings.
I was able to stay cheaply in a convenient location, and I think it was a great start to my trip. If I had to point out one drawback, it was that it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower.
