The hot spring facilities are not as expected. The bathing pool is too small than an ordinary bathtub and can only accommodate one person. Guests have to wait in a waiting list. The room is cramped and feels oppressive.

Nice and cozy traditional Japanese hotel close to the busy shopping street. The communal bath on the 6/F has a nice view of the tower. Only one is available and the other is out of service so wziting time could be an issue. Despite clearly printed on the voucher that breakfast is included, the hotel refused to provide saying not possible at that price. Not being honest.

This is the BEST place I have stayed in among my 4 visits to Japan! I will come here again in my next visit! I was able to walk around Sensoji Temple in early mornings and nights. So many dining options. Only need to take 1 train from Narita Airport to hotel that took about 1 hour only. So easy to go to other areas within Tokyo and even Nikko. Staff are all very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are large for Tokyo's accommodation standards. Great amenities! Great onsen experience! I booked this Ryokan more than 6 months in advance...needed 3 rooms and there was only 4 rooms left, so book early, as it's so sought after! Overall, GREAT place to stay in for Tokyo!

highlight of our trip. beautiful property, big suite, beautiful bath. center of many activities including shopping, temples, ninja museum, tea shops etc. Would stay again!
