I personally like the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of Omotesando and the surrounding area is also very quiet. I don't have to change trains to Shibuya or Ginza by subway. I think it's great. The hotel is basically fully equipped. Although I know that there will be traces after long-term use, there are traces of spilled drinks on the chairs, which makes it look dirty. Other than that, I think it's pretty good.

Hotel staff at reception was not fluent in English. He was focused on informing what he is supposed to tell you and cant understand/help in other matters. Have to resort to google translate.
Room size and amenities are satisfactory. The breakfast is pathetic. More worthwhile and more choices to buy from convenience stalls downstairs. You have to pick up breakfast from lobby and heat up in your own room to consume. The coffee machine was down altho they offerred diy drip coffee.

Really great location in a quiet part of town, easy to get to the other busier parts of Tokyo. Walking distance to the beautiful parks nearby and friendly and helpful staff.
