I used it because I had an early flight the next morning.
If you just plan on staying there to sleep, it's a good value for the money, and it's fully equipped with air conditioning and a refrigerator. It's also great that it's a private room with a lock for this price.
I'd definitely use it again if I have the chance.

It seems to take about 15 minutes on foot from Minami-Senju Station.
The Minami-Senju location itself is on the outskirts of Tokyo, so it's hard to say that the location is good. The room doesn't have a bed, and there's only enough space for two people to lie down.
The house, room, and bedding are a bit old. It's not bad enough to not be able to sleep.
Nevertheless, I want to come back again because of the overwhelmingly cheap price. It's perfect for me, who travels late at night and just sleeps and leaves.
I recommend it to people who just sleep, want to save money, and aren't too sensitive to hygiene.

It's a bit of a walk from Minami-Senju Station, but I live in a tatami room and have been to many rooms with tatami mats, and I felt that this was a well-maintained tatami room for the price. The blanket was a bit thin, so my back hurt, but I'm satisfied with the price. The shower room is only on the first floor, so you'll have to wait a bit during busy times! There's also a bathhouse, but the hours are set.
