Room aircon has a stale smell and could only be rid of after turning on the air purifier for a long time. Like that there is washer/dryer and detergent provided. Room is generally clean but note that they do not provide free daily cleaning for short stays. Can only change bin and towels

No daily cleaning of rooms though towel change and clearing rubbish if needed. Overall good stay, good size and convenient with washing machine in the room. Stayed in twin room. Walking distance to main Shibuya crossing area. No fitness and onsen which is a pity.

Although the room is not big, there is a microwave, washing machine, and even an induction cooker in the room. It feels like a place where parents can stay for a while. I stayed here during my trip and just did my laundry.
