The hotel service attitude is very good, and I like the overall decoration and atmosphere. The shared kitchen has everything, which is very clean and convenient. I will consider staying here again in the future.

The building is old, but the service and atmosphere are very good. The free water purifier and beer happy hour are definitely good. It is close to Ueno Park.

First of all, due to my own mistake, I mistakenly booked a room with a shared bathroom. I booked one night in September and the other three nights in the last month. To avoid trouble (and the September booking can be canceled, I I thought that the second order could be cancelled), so I booked another 3 nights at this hotel without thinking too much. Less than 15 minutes after booking, I realized that I had made the wrong reservation since September. Two reservations for 3 nights in a hotel cannot be cancelled. Then I asked for help to follow up. At first, they said that +10,000 yen could help me upgrade to a private bathroom room. After discussion, I agreed to the offer. How come I thought that the reply they gave me was to add 24,000 yen. Such a starting price is unreasonable, of course. I refuse to accept it. There is a problem with integrity!  Secondly, he gave me a room on the 4th floor. There was a strong smell in the corridor, like the smell of food fumes. It was disgusting. I had to go to the bathroom on the 3rd floor to take a shower for several nights in a row. Every time I passed by this corridor, I thought: Vomiting, luckily it didn't smell much to the room, but the corridor was filled with the smell of cooking fumes. The air conditioner in the room seemed to have no air. It would stop after 10 minutes. It was very cramped. I didn't dare to open the window. I felt the experience was very poor. And the bed is very thin, there is no room for two people to sleep on it, it’s so embarrassing I'm really curious where the good reviews come from?
