It was clean because it was a newly built hotel. It was about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, but it was nice to hang out in front of Ikebukuro Station.

It's about 10 minutes to the station, so if you play a lot and go back to Sunshine, you'll get a little(?) tired.
Other than that, the hotel facilities are clean, and the front desk staff was friendly, which was nice. :)
I think the soundproofing isn't perfect, as you can hear some noise outside.
And it's a little cramped for 2 people. Haha..

The bedding is average but stained and the pillows are too dirty to use. The toilet is good but the trash can is too small and inconvenient. There is no cleaning service.
The location is OK. There is a 711 opposite the hotel. It is a ten-minute walk to the subway station.
