The location isn't so great. A little far from most of the station. You have to empty your own bin and put it in designated garbage bin sites within the facilities. No room service comes with your booking.
The room is a little more spacious than average, but the bathroom is a lot smaller. I like that the hotel has a microwave and a small kitchen available in our room. You can rent the utensils from the reception if you do want to cook. Own air conditioning so you can adjust it as you wish.
Overall, for a short stay, like Max, 2 days is doable. You can ask for additional towels from reception, but keep in mind you need to bring your old one to the same level as reception in the laundry room. It's more like self serve tbh. You do everything yourself, and yet you are paying hotel service prices.

酒店位置都可以算係近池袋站，步行十多分鐘即到池袋站。酒店的廁所非常細，連轉身都有點困難，我估所有日本市區都是這樣吧。🫣

Everything here impressed me so much. I haven’t found this excellent service and so much amenities hotel at this price before. Very recommended. Nice staffs, nice service, nice room, nice location. Everything is just “perfect”

Not very recommended. The room is small and old. There is no cleaning service. You have to throw away the garbage yourself. The hygiene is average. It is not close to the subway. It is not far from the tram station. Overall, it is not very recommended.

The room is small and can barely open two small suitcases. The front desk staff is friendly and it is very good to borrow curling irons. It is very close to Sunshine City, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Otsuka Station. Overall, it is good.
