HOTEL MYSTAYS Higashi Ikebukuro

We stayed here for 5 nights, the location is quite nice not too far from the train station about 10 minutes walk. But the room is quite small, and doesn't have much space for the luggage but overall it is fine.

This was our second time in this hotel in less than a year. We were so happy last time: the location is perfect, the hotel has pretty good and clean installations, the personnel are really nice... Last time we stayed for 7 nights. Everything was perfect. This time was just for 3 nights. But we were kind of unlucky, I guess. Our room neighbours were really noisy. We were just in our rooms for taking a shower and sleeping, we spent the rest of the day out. We went to sleep around midnight, that was when I heard the neighbours coming and going out their room talking really loud. But next day was the worst. It was the night we had to wake up early to go to the airport and go back home. Since it is a pretty long journey we wanted to sleep properly. Again, the neighbours came and went around midnight. But in the middle of the night I woke up to their screaming outside the room. They were talking REALLY loud for a long time and it was around 2-3 AM. We ended up getting angry and had to punch the wall a few times until they noticed how loud they were. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but these people's misbehaviour. But I would like the hotel to have more control of what is happening on the halls, since they were already screaming while taking the lift. I give the experience a high note though and hope we came come back.
