The overall condition of the room is OK, and the area is not small even in Japan.
Clean and tidy, very close to the subway station, 5 minutes walk. There are snack shops and convenience stores nearby, and the sound insulation is pretty good.

When I opened the door to the unit bathroom, I could smell the sewer.
I used the air purifier provided in the room and it went away after about an hour.
I had read in advance that the walls were thin and noise would be a concern, and that was true.
If you are sensitive to noise, earplugs are a must.
The location is great, just 3 minutes from the station.
There are restaurants and a large supermarket nearby, so it was comfortable even though I only stayed overnight without meals.

We had a very nice cheap stay here in Tokyo. 100 meters from the train station. Easy to access the public transport.
