Great hotel to stay in for cost conscious travellers. Fantastic service, though the breakfast doesn't change.

The hotel itself is very good, clean, kind staff, near the subway station 150mt. 5 minutes walk. breakfast very poor, No Hot milk ,No fruit, No vegetables .... unsatisfied!!!

The room was small and quite standard, but the bathroom was slightly more spacious than in most hotels, which was definitely a plus. They provided pajamas, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was minimal, but the croissants were really delicious. There’s also a coffee machine on the first floor available for free, which was very convenient.

Had a slight hiccup at check in as they could not locate my booking but it was all settled after around 15 min. Hotel location is about 30 min away from Tokyo Station (via train); surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. There is a drugstore nearby and many shops & convenience stores around too. Beds were comfortable and pajamas were provided. There was a washing machine in the room which was a plus as we could do our laundry. Hotel seemed to be old and may be in need of some improvements but it was still an overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel has a good location, only a few minutes away from metro station. The metro station nearby has a lot of restaurants and store to buy food or eat. The hotel has western style breakfast but doesn’t have Japanese style breakfast. The room size is good. But the carpet is very dirty. For the price and location, I would recommend it.

The location is great and convenient nearby Disney Sea and Disneyland. Coffee is unlimited and buffet breakfast is reasonable. We will definitely book this hotel again next time.

Amazing stay! Really good breakfast. Not clean enough (rugs) but good. Good location. Lawson is just a corner away. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Location is good, easily accessible to the train stations. Breakfast is reasonably good for the price I paid.

I really thought it would be a trash because of the price and when we got there it feels like homie vibes and I’m telling you the moment I got to bed I knocked out and my husband say it too he had a great sleep it’s feels so comfy and comfortable

5 mins walk away from the train station and directly opposite of a Family Mart. Love that we could get free hot chocolate and coffee from the lobby. Breakfast options is very limited but I love the croissants. 🥐

The location is very convenient. This hotel has nice view at the night. This hotel is nice and did provide amenities.The service is good. The morning breakfast is good. Recommended

Nice view with affordable price! Good facility

Though it was a stopover hotel for us, it supplied us with the needs. Small simple room with not much room for those with lots of luggage, breakfast was made more for locals but location was different to your average Tokyo central based hotel.
