This hotel had great service! The quality of the amenities and shampoo and conditioner was the best I've ever experienced! On New Year's Day, they served me in kimono, which was a wonderful experience!

Very nice hotel, the nearby coffee shop and yakiniku restaurant are good. I don't know if it is a common practice in Japanese hotels, but they knocked on the door around 10 o'clock to ask for cleaning. My roommate and I were sleeping in at that time, and we were scared, hahahaha.

The room is really too small. It's not the quilt cover but the bed sheet. I always feel like I'm touching the quilt. Everything else is fine. The shower gel, shampoo, hair brush, etc. are all very useful. The breakfast is very good for a not-so-big hotel. The location is also very good, very close to Ginkgo Avenue, even closer to Aoyama 1-chome subway station, and not far from a shopping mall. There are many convenience stores around. I don't know if my iPad was lost in this hotel. I called to ask but couldn't find it.

The room is for 5 people so I and my 3 friends enjoyed the stay because we’re together in one room and the food was delicious. It is also walking distance to tokyo midtown.

The location is very good. It's 10 minutes away from the subway station. There are many subway lines to choose from. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The front desk lady and brother are very nice, and the cleaning lady is also very nice.
