Pictures on the site do not match room appearance. Front desk kind and polite but need to work on providing customer with support and alternative solutions. For example, check room with customer if there is a smell or cleanliness concern, offer air purifier, offer to re clean room , or offer a food drink voucher, etc. In pictures provided hair was not my own and there when we enter the room; bathroom need some type of drain deodorant and fan did not work. More than gently worn. Otherwise, good room amenities and good location.

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Room and bathroom are small and a bit old, but standard for Japan and very serviceable.

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. First stay was back in 2020 and our family chose this hotel this time in 2023 because it's so dang perfect. The rooms are not tiny as how other Japan hotels are. We booked a room for 3pax and each of us had 1 single bed each. The toilet has a tub as well and staff are cleaning the room every single day, replacing all toiletries as well. The location is just near the shibuya crossing, about 500m walk (up hill) but it's just super near the mega donki. The hotel reception also allows guests to leave their luggage in the lobby even after check out which saves you a lot from having to rent coin lockers. I would definitely stay here again next time!

It was the best for a family trip. There were three of us and it was really great. My husband was so satisfied that we decided to stay here again in the winter.

The room is a bit small. I chose a single bedroom. I couldn't even open my suitcase and walk, even though I'm a small person. However, it's convenient because it's close to many tourist attractions. You can walk to many places easily.

This suggestion is written with the intention of helping more people. The hotel looked down on Chinese people and did not give me the service I deserved. On the first day of check-in, the front desk did not tell me that someone would clean the room at 8:00, nor did they tell me to hang a sign. I was rushed in early in the morning and woke up the sleeping people. At 12:00, the door was knocked again. No matter what, no one likes to be woken up when sleeping. I told the cleaning staff and they blamed me for not hanging a sign. I covered myself with the quilt all night, and I felt itchy as soon as I covered myself with it. The next day, I couldn't help but report it to the front desk. The front desk had a perfunctory attitude and didn't apologize at all. The cleaning staff was arranged to change the quilt cover in my room, but it was wrinkled and not changed properly. The picture shows the changed quilt. Because the language expression cannot make you fully understand, you can't give others the respect they deserve? I told the front desk that the quilt was changed to this, and they wanted to see it in my room. They didn't believe what I took pictures of. They say that Japanese people have good service and pay attention to details, but they didn't show this to me. The soundproofing of the room is very poor. The refrigerator in the room is always noisy, which makes people unable to sleep in the middle of the night. Because I have a test tomorrow morning, I went to bed early. The refrigerator keeps rumbling and gurgling at irregular intervals, which makes me unable to sleep. I asked the front desk if there are earplugs, but they still said no. The noise of the refrigerator kept me awake all night. If you are going to take an exam, you must not choose this hotel, which seriously affects your test scores. The service is basically non-existent, and the room is small. What's more, I didn't ask the front desk to call me on the third day. The phone rang at 8:00 in the morning, waking me up directly. The front desk had no attitude at all. When I reported the problem, they were still smiling. They didn't respect me at all. When they urged me to check out, they also expressed seriously that I had to come out before 11:00, and pointed at their watch. I said that there was room for improvement in your attitude, and the other party said sorry perfunctorily, without even the right attitude. They treat Chinese people and their own people completely differently. Europeans can also enjoy their own services, but Chinese people only discriminate and treat them casually, thinking that we don't care about attitude. The room for one person is quite big and convenient for storing luggage. The only thing is that the window cannot be opened and you cannot see outside. A bit far from the center of Shibuya. Relatively close to Yoyogi Park.

I like the location and facilities of the hotel. The water was a bit cold when I showered, maybe only 40 degrees Celsius. It would be better if the shower water was hotter.
