The room is bug compared to other hotels in Tokyo, this place offer value of money for my stays. The location is good, walking distance from Metro and JR; and a lot of bars, izakayas or great beef restaurants around, also shopping district. It's perfect for Shinjuku area.

The room is small, as in most cases in Japan (we couldn't even open a large suitcase, if you open it, you have to step over it)
But the large toilet is a comfortable room.
Otherwise, everything is good, clean and cozy.
The hotel offers all the necessary hygiene products, cleaning every day.
There are laundry services - you can wash things for 400 yen and dry them for 100 yen.
