我們一家三口，訂了一個兩人間，一個一人入住間，在日本訂酒店是可以選擇一人入住價格會比正常二人入住便宜一些的，房間是和正常兩人入住一樣的

Pros: 1. High floor, overlooking the Sumida River. 2. Front desk employee Fujii was friendly and considerate of guests' needs. Cons: 1. We stayed there for a week, staying in two rooms. Each non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the central exhaust system was poor. The fumes kept me awake every night. 2. The bathroom was old, and shower water would spill outside. There were no separate wet and dry areas. The washbasin was very low. 3. Cleanliness was very poor. The sheets were torn and never changed. Slippers were never provided. 4. The restaurant waiter was elderly. We politely asked for a spoon, but he refused to give it to us. He looked at us with a look of discrimination against Chinese people. 5. The most outrageous thing was that the restaurant had no kitchen. The so-called Japanese and Western breakfast set meals were all cheap pre-made dishes. The Japanese set meals were filled with pickled, salty vegetables, served on various small plates, just to make up the numbers. The Western set meals were the worst supermarket sausages. None of them were healthy, let alone delicious. We had to give up and go out to buy breakfast. The customer was not fully informed of the actual situation before purchase. The price was outrageous, unbelievable in Japan. 6. The location has nothing to do with Ginza. It's a ten-minute walk from Tsukiji subway station. 7. I won't be returning to this hotel again.

房間很大，很滿意

房間好，客房服務好，交通方便，每層有冰塊機，樓下有便利店

房間很安靜，空間大，衞生還不錯，窗外景觀很贊，前台的幾位小姐姐熱情有禮。衞生間隔音不是很好，抽風也是慢了點，淋浴間水量很足，但水去得比較慢，洗澡會浸到腳。地理環境還算方便，步行至銀座主要商業區大概十幾二十分鐘，去築地站或者新富町站大概要10分鐘左右，樓下有全家、七十一，斜對面有永旺，旁邊是商業大樓，周邊有學校、居民區、小公園，附近環境清幽，挺舒服的。對了，開門是用鑰匙的，而且衹有一把。喜歡懷舊風的可以體驗一下。
