Staff very nice and helpful, have ladies' level and exclusive ladies healing room, after a full day shopping I can enjoy massage chair in that room it's a really super nice facility.
location close to metro just few mins walk, definitely will come back next time!

When I travel to perform at a concert, I always stay at Route Inn because the staff are so nice. This was my first time here, but it was very convenient as it was close to the station and connected to a convenience store. The breakfast croissant was crispy and had a wide variety of side dishes, which was delicious. However, when I opened the toilet lid, there was hair, and although the amenities were very extensive, there was no makeup remover, which was disappointing (I forgot to bring makeup remover due to my own fault). I would like to stay here again if I have business nearby.
