Although it said there was room service, they said there wasn't. I couldn't connect to Netflix around 3:30pm, so I asked the front desk and they said they would be there at 4pm. I thought I was going to go to the convenience store, but they said they were just about to go. I thought that wasn't what they said, but I went back to my room and it took a while to connect to Netflix so I could watch it. While I was relaxing in my room, the door was suddenly opened and I was asked if I had my loungewear.
Is it okay for an employee to use a master key to open the door without permission to serve customers at a hotel? They had no training at all.
I don't think I'll ever go to this hotel again.
