⚠️首先説一下入住發生的事，因為不是單次事件，我是在事後翻看酒店評論發現2024年4月有友友遇到了跟我一模一樣的事：在預訂酒店房間的時候一定看清楚是單人入住還是雙人入住，我定的是雙床房，全程搜尋也都是2人入住，但是在酒店check in的時候被通知是一人入住，額外前台收了10200日幣三晚含税（對，一般通過攜程預訂是沒有再在前台繳納税費的，但是在酒店前台補費就會把每晚的税算進去）。
所以一定一定在預訂的時候看清楚，我不覺得我當時搜尋錯誤了，因為我還跟去哪兒了比了價，如果衹差了100rmb，去哪兒我搜尋前提也是兩人入住。但因為沒有截圖，也衹能認了，找了攜程客服，客服處理方式是主動申請補了2萬積分，感謝客服主動幫忙申請，但説實話這個積分也沒什麼用。
下面説説這個酒店：
位置：離地鐵站真的很近，去六本木hills和看東京塔都很近，這是我認為的唯一優點。
衞生：打破了我對日本酒店衞生的認知。不是第一次入住日本的酒店，就沒見過如此馬虎的衞生，連住的Airbnb都比它乾淨。也打破了大家都認為的“日本酒店一分錢一分貨”的認知。2000一晚的酒店不該是發現床鋪上的頭髮一根接着一根，本來都算了，也沒拍照，但後來發現的污漬臟東西越來越多，實在是忍不了了。
1，床鋪有長頭髮，有污漬（圖1）
2，地上有頭髮沒清理乾淨
3，淋浴頭水漬可能重來沒有處理過
4，角落裡的污漬明明是可以擦掉的也沒有處理好
5，燒水壺出水口還有褐色的東西，不知道是什麼時候留下的，根本沒有清洗過
6，我住的房間浴缸出水口蓋不緊，因為走很多路想要泡個腳，水永遠衹到腳背
酒店拖鞋不是一次性的，額外去買了拖鞋，買了除菌除臭噴霧，三晚沒有讓工作人員打掃，根本不敢好麼！
服務：我遇到的幾位還算可以，跟一位年輕前台妹妹比好很多了。她被指派幫忙使用自動checkin的機器，説實話，你不如不幫，臉拉很長，愛幫不幫的姿態，我也不是看不懂怎麼使用。
酒店是可以寄行李去機場的，但下一程我乘坐的是大韓，值機櫃枱在北塔，行李提取在最南…整個大無語，不明白這樣還要我填寫航班號是為了什麼。

Good location , but room layout was poor. Once you open the door, take one step and you reach your bed. There is no place to takeoff your outside shoes and place them neatly

衞生自己看吧 風景不錯 但是打掃的太差強人意了 被子上也有頭髮……懶得去和酒店掰扯了 反正衞生不太好 房間也很小 好在位置還算方便

도쿄타워 뷰가 보여서 정말 좋았습니다!
따로 방을 분리해둬서 도쿄타워 뷰를 확정받고 가는게 좋은 거 같아용 그거 말고는 음.. ㅎㅎ 위치는 좋았는데
그다지 깨끗하지는 않았구요
여기도 좀 하수구 냄새나는거 같아요
코인 세탁기 없어서 몇분 걸어서 다른곳 이용했고 전자레인지는 있습니다.
3박 이상 시에 청소해야한다고 해서 다시 방 청소 다 하고 저녁에 들어왔는데 하나도 청소 안되어있고 아예 안들어오셨더라구요.. ㅎㅎㅎ 그럴거면 ㅠ 그냥 청소 안하고 체크아웃했을텐데요
도쿄타워 뷰 하나로만 만족하고 왔습니다

타워뷰 객실 이용했는데 방 크기가 다소 작긴 했지만
4박5일 머무는데 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었어요!
위치 또한 지하철과 가까워서 다른 곳 이동하는데 편리했습니다!다음에 또 롯폰기 갈 계획이 있다면 이용할 생각입니다😋
