There is only one stop to Haneda Airport. The hotel provides free shuttle bus in the morning. There is a large public bath. The breakfast tastes so-so but it is the same every day. There is a convenience store nearby but it is only open from 07:00 to 23:00. There are also a few restaurants around but they are only open until 9 pm. The hotel is just above the Sky Bridge Station, so don't worry if it rains. It is about 40 minutes by car to the city center. It is convenient for ATV, but the fare will be more expensive. The overall hotel is very bright and tidy, and the attitude of the waiters is 10 points good. The housekeeping cleaners include Vietnamese and Chinese employees. Although it is more difficult to communicate, they also try their best to help guests solve problems.

I stayed here for a concert. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The large public bath was free and available until late, which was great. The breakfast buffet the next morning had a wide variety of options and was very delicious.
