Not recommended to stay, very poor, the team is not professional, and the hygiene is the worst in Japan

I seldom write reviews. This time I have to write about the entire ten-day trip to Tokyo. I stayed here for five nights (two nights in room c and three nights in room a) Where to write first: 1 The hotel is very close to Oshiage Station. It is recommended to enter and exit from exit b3 without running the stairs. There is a super supermarket Life at exit b3. It is very easy to go shopping. You can see the Skytree immediately when you run downstairs (in fact, most of the Oshiage areas can be seen) 2 The room (especially room A) is too big for Tokyo, of course the room rate is not cheap 3 My return flight is at 14:50 and the hotel agrees to a late check-out until 12:00 Then there's the question of the hotel: 1 The check-in procedure is very confusing. The room number and password provided for the check-in date are incorrect. This wastes a lot of long-distance calls to deal with 2 The website says four beds or two beds and two floor mats are actually four mattresses without a bed frame at all. The bed is just two mattresses stacked together. The mattress is very soft. It’s super uncomfortable to sleep for five days. 3 The pillows provided are all covered with hair, which is very disgusting 4 There is very little storage space in the room, which is very strange. I don’t even know where to put things, and there is no wardrobe 5. The temperature and water pressure of the hot water for bathing are very unstable. If you want a hot water to soak your feet, it doesn’t matter whether it’s the same at night or in the morning. In the past, the water temperature may be okay for children to bathe. Later, when adults wash, they feel that the water temperature is not good. 6 The room is designed with two bedrooms and one living room, but there is only one air conditioner, and the air outlets are all concentrated in one room, so that one room is cold and the other room is hot 7 It is also due to the design of the air outlet that the hall is connected to the top of the two rooms, which is not very good for privacy 8 The management team is not easy to find These are the main problems. I hope the management team can improve it.

When we arrived, the check-in instructions required us to use the tablet in the lobby of the B&B to get the next instructions such as room number and password, but unfortunately the tablet was broken. We struggled for 20 minutes before the waiter came to support us. Room facilities: The unit is old, and most of the facilities, such as walls, toilets, etc., are stained and quite old. The official pictures are extremely inconsistent with the real pictures. The most serious and unacceptable thing is that there are hairs on the sheets, and they are still wet, which feels like they haven't been changed into clean sheets. Fortunately, there was a little Chinese girl waiter who tried her best to arrange for the replacement, but it can be seen that the Chinese room attendant was rather sloppy.  The check-out time is 11am. We checked out 15 minutes late, but a Chinese room attendant forced his way into the room (because they had the password), drove us away, and asked for extra fees. The experience was not good. The only good thing about this B&B is the location. It is close to Oshiage Station and Skytree, and it only takes three minutes to walk. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is very convenient to go to Asakusa and Tokyo Station, but it is far to go to Shinjuku or Shibuya. Although it is not clear who is the management company behind Tora Hotel Skytree, they have several B&Bs in Japan, and travelers must pay attention. The front-line operation team of Tora Hotel Skytree is definitely a group of people with average experience, no warmth, and sloppy work. If there are other hotel/B&B options, really don't stay. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my 20 years of travel, not one of the. Tired facilities, uncleaned apartment, dirty beds, unfriendly service and supports from staffs made our trip unpleasant.
