The bed is 180cm and the room is OK. I suggest you choose a higher floor. The surrounding area is quite convenient, and the nearest exit is East Ginza Exit 4. I chose the bus on the day of arrival, and I learned about it in advance on the return trip. There is a direct subway to Narita.

Hygiene: I booked 10 nights, but they only cleaned the room every three days. One time, they came at an unexpected time. Another time, they came even when they didn't need to, just to take out the trash. To be honest, this is rare in Japan! Such perfunctory hygiene. There was a stain under the bed sheet when I checked in. Transportation: You can exit Kabuki-za from Exit 3 or Exit A1, both have elevators. The room is very small, and you can't open the suitcase. If you open it, you can't pass through. There's nothing to eat around, except for three convenience stores and a very expensive barbecue restaurant. The bed in the hotel is very hard and it's a big bed made of two beds! There are seams, and the pillows are very hard. What pajamas are provided without a private bath? ! The service is also very perfunctory. In short, I won't go there again.
