房間位置不錯，走路到東京站和銀座都是10分鐘左右，日本橋高島屋7，8分鐘，羽田機場一線直達。區域屬於東京CBD，很安靜，街道也比新宿澀谷乾淨整潔。樓下就是7-11，方便。房間不大，但浴室乾濕分離，很喜歡，服務也不錯。每次日本之行住的最多就是Daiwa～

酒店位置優越，兩步路就到地鐵站，酒店樓下就已經有有便利商店及吉野家，員工友善， 房間企理整潔。小朋友不用加床可免費入住。

房間舒適，雖小夠用，京橋站30米，地鐵直達澀谷，東京站走路10分鐘，打車60人民幣。有轉換頭，無需自己帶。有超級全的護膚小樣。不用自己帶。公共服務區有微波爐。樓下711全靠沙拉。前台會中文。馬路很安靜。千萬別和銀座那家店搞婚。google maps沒有這家店。導航到京橋地鐵站，或者明治屋，就可以找到了。
