The check-in was full, so I went there around 10:30 pm? I waited in line for a while. One day, at 10:30 pm, the driver parked the car in the driveway of the gate. There were no cars or people in front or behind. A female staff member yelled at the driver like crazy. If she was blocking others or worried about disturbing others, she could have stepped forward to remind them instead of being so out of control. Besides, the people in the car were hotel guests.

A very disappointing and regretful experience.
The TV was broken and the hotel staff took 1 hour to fix it. To be honest, the attitude and feedback speed of solving problems are far from that of many Japanese hotels. I will probably not stay here again.
