A great location and the staff were fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the room was very clean. We did a do not disturb for our room as we didn't need it cleaned daily, however they left extra towels and amenities at the door - nice touch. The only negative (and its a small one) is the beds and pillows were a bit firm. But that didn't take away from a great experience!
Would stay again.

I chose a room with a semi-open-air bath.
The open-air bath was big enough for one person to relax in, and it felt great.
It wasn't particularly spacious, but the bathroom and bed were clean.

The tatami bed is very hygienic, and the toilet is very low, so you can only squat to wash. But for Tokyo, this price is really a good deal! The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, and the surroundings are quiet and safe! Suitable for family outings

The interior space of the room is very satisfying and comfortable. Except it's quite far from the subway station. The rest I think are pretty good. The hotel lobby provides free coffee and juice drinks. Very considerate!
The elevator is also designed with a card swiping system. It's reassuring.
The design of the hot spring bath is great! The balcony is also very comfortable.
This is a hotel that I would stay at again!

I booked a sauna🧖 but there was no sauna in the room, speechless😓. The toilet lid🚽 would automatically open every time someone passed by, jump scaring people... The design is not very good. Plus at this price💰, I am a leek. I hope no one will patronize it😄

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from the balcony was great, and the location was very convenient.
