The staff at this hotel were fantastic—very helpful during the check-in process. We arrived early, and thanks to a staff member’s assistance, we were able to check in early, which was much appreciated. The second-floor lounge is a standout feature, perfect for relaxing with its selection of comic books and complimentary coffee and hot drinks. The shower was another highlight—spacious and excellent.
However, there were some significant downsides. We found blood on the bedsheet, which was extremely off-putting. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned daily, which might not work for all guests. The room layout is also challenging; the space between the bed and door is very tight. While luggage can be stored under the bed, packing requires placing your suitcase on the bed, which isn’t ideal.
Overall, while the staff and amenities were great, the cleanliness and room layout issues left us with mixed feelings about our stay.
