I received an email stating that there would be a key box with my name at the hotel, but when I arrived, there was nothing. The email mentioned that I would have a code to enter the room, but the code was incorrect. I couldn't communicate with the hotel staff because only a local phone could be used to contact them. I felt helpless as I had already spent an hour there without being able to enter the room. Eventually, I asked the driver who brought us to help contact the hotel staff for translation, and they gave us another code to enter the room. It was really terrible; the room smelled bad, as if it hadn't been cleaned or occupied for a long time. The surrounding rooms were also unoccupied, which gave a bad impression. At night, we heard strange noises. Although there were two rooms, our family of four stayed in the same room. This place is not very convenient; it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the station, and if you want to go to Shinjuku, Akihabara, Shibuya, etc., it takes even longer with train transfers.
