It's rubbish. There's no front desk. The stairs are too narrow to carry luggage. It's very noisy because the trains pass by from morning to night. Behind this white sliding door is the railroad. It's banging bang bang bang 24 hours a day. It's so noisy that it makes me nervous. The bathroom of the room I stayed in smelled musty. The air conditioner didn't cool. I asked Ctrip customer service to contact them for repairs and they were so rude. I originally planned to check out 8 days in advance after negotiating with the hotel. After a long negotiation, they deducted the hotel fee for three nights before letting me check out. The check-out and front desk were at another Universal Hotel more than ten minutes away from this hotel. It was super inconvenient and rubbish. Don't be fooled. Later I stayed in a homestay and felt that the comfort level was improved a lot instantly.
