The room is small, so if you put a suitcase in it, the space for walking will be even smaller. When I soaked my feet in the bathtub, the water in the bathtub became a little turbid for no reason. Great location, close to the metro, shops and cafes.
We walked to Akihabara, the Imperial Palace and generally around the area :)
I didn't notice any smell.
Check-in is via a machine, not earlier than the specified time.
You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Please note that the bathroom is not very big, if you are over 190 cm tall it may not be very comfortable
