酒店非常的方便，樓下就是 7-11 便利店，一百二十米內還有兩家精品超市，酒店出來往左走，大概四百米有地鐵站，這路上有很多有意思的店，包括星巴克，日式烤肉，拉麪，大阪燒，居酒屋，舒芙蕾，巧克力，甜品手作，巴斯克蛋糕店，都一應具有，酒店出來對面就是家庭蕎麥麪店，酒店出來右轉三十米就有 omakase，然後一兩百米內有烤肉，居酒屋，輕食薩拉店，披薩店，咖啡店（推薦），西餐廳，再走出去就是一家超大的書店與星巴克，再走就是朝日電視台，完全無敵方便便利。剛開始預訂後看到評論我都後悔訂貴了訂錯酒店了，但是自己來住了後感覺很喜歡還會再來，因為酒店除了沒有健身房，其他真的也就還可以啊，房間日本都小啊，早飯它是直接用的上島咖啡店來當早餐廳，提供幾個西式早餐套餐加一些飲品咖啡的選擇。我是很喜歡這個位置➕便利度和酒店風格，所以別被差評影響了，畢竟價格在這裏，不會那麼差的。

離麻布十番的大江户地鐵站很近，去哪都方便。該酒店在麻布十番的商店街裏，吃的飯店有很多可自由選擇。
房間面積雖小點但還衞生打掃得還是很乾凈的。

Very disappointing hotel.
Poor hygiene, dust on the floor and lamps. Very poor sound insulation. Stayed one night and moved to another room at 12am. ReFa shampoo comb, facial cleanser, and makeup remover were left in the bathroom. I went back to the hotel that afternoon to ask if they had seen them. The hotel called the cleaning staff and they said no!
I have been to Japan more than 30 times and stayed in hotels big and small, but this is the first time I can't find my belongings in a Japanese hotel. I can only blame myself for forgetting to take them.

The location is excellent. Subway, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, everything is nearby.
I guess the main target audience is overseas visitors. There is no bathtub. Half of the rooms are probably in the neighboring building, so they don't get any sunlight and there is no place to let in fresh air. Maybe because of that, there was a slight bacterial smell.
The interior is stylish and clean. It's a shame that the humidifier/air purifier hadn't been cleaned and was covered in dust and mold.
