The environment is compact and crowded. The handrail steps for the upper bunk are rarely used.
It's very difficult to climb up.
And the middle aisle is crowded. There is no place to store luggage, all luggage is piled at the door, very messy.

Great location. Slept for a night before heading to Narita! Had some time to kill at Ueno Park before my flight. Fantastic service and a nice comfy bed.
