非常滿意，早餐非常豐盛味道好極了👏下次還住

服務和環境沒得説，非常好！ 衹是一個問題，就是晚上睡覺的時候時不時會有類似敲擊窗户的聲音，可能是其他房間收放窗簾的聲音？還是因為冷熱不均導致的結構發生變化？不是自己房間的聲音，這方面隔音有點差。具體什麼導致的聲音好像也不是太明白 看看是不是可以解決？ 其他真的非常好，值得推薦的酒店

一週的大倉生活 慢下來，感受東京的味道 從Prestige大堂走到Heritage大堂 恍如隔世 雖然黃色的木質色調是一樣的… 服務人員很周到， 入職辦理完之後帶進房間詳細地介紹每一處的使用方法。 mini吧每天可以免費消費一次 飲料很全了：果汁，氣泡水，茶，啤酒 房間大開面的窗，正對着酒店自己的博物館 白天晚上，都是捨不得離開的景 山裡日料，儀式感拉滿； 頂層酒吧，腳下的東京夜景一覽無遺 千利休簡約之美的日本茶道， 也在山裡日料，預約一下，值得體驗。

離地鐵站距離近， 衞生：乾淨整潔

Our time at the Okura was excellent. The service began as soon as we got out of the taxi; our suitcases were taken out of the taxi as a matter of course. The head concierge greeted us and accompanied us to check-in. Since the room wasn't ready, our luggage was stored without our asking, and we later found it in the designated place in our room! The food in the hotel was absolutely excellent, with particularly attentive service throughout, making it a memorable experience every time. We tried both the restaurant on the 41st floor and the very stylish sushi restaurant. Here, too, the service was very attentive, even in traditional kimonos. The head waiter greeted us at the entrance and showed us to our seats at the sushi counter. The sushi chef kept an eye on everything at all times and gave instructions to the waiters. Overall, the hotel is decorated with a particularly stylish Japanese design – not overly elaborate, but very concise. It's nice that the famous lounge still exists! Our room was very nice: a well-thought-out floor plan allowed us to feel completely comfortable while still having all the other features available in a small space. Everything in the room was particularly well thought out and sensibly arranged. Overall, our stay at the Okura was a special experience!
